There is no questioning Niki Rubin's soulful voice is inherited. Her voice whispers over beats that are influenced by jazz, soul, reggae, funk, and the blues. Niki Rubin’s new single, “Plead For Love”, reinforces her soulful style. Niki along with the Double G Posse, led by Warren Double G, are celebrating their fourth year having a weekly appearance at the famed Paris Blues Jazz Bar in Harlem, New York. Paris Blues Jazz Bar has been open for 40 years and has seen its share of the greats. She and The Double G Posse are no exception.
Niki Rubin is extremely diverse. She was awarded as the Best Lead/Supporting Actress from Action On Film International Fest and the Los Angeles Film Festival of Hollywood for the indie released, Liar’s Pendulum in 2007. Additionally, her passions present themselves in the performing arts, modeling, painting, and teaching yoga.
Niki Rubin was born in Kfar Saba, Israel but was raised in South Brunswick, NJ and now resides in New York. Her singing and songwriting is inspired by her late grandmother.
She loves to inspire and help people through all of her arts and many talents. Niki lives by the motto of, “when you truly loving something, anything is possible!”
