April Diane is a Mind, Body, and Soul Wellness Guide. She teaches students to create the habit of wellness using yoga, meditation, & creativity. As a registered yoga instructor of 5 years and a practitioner of yoga for over 20 years she learned to connect with her body in a way that helped her not only over come anxiety and depression but to also create the habit of wellness that became her lifestyle.

 April Diane is the author of “The Greatest Gifts of All.” Her first book published in 2015 and is currently working her next book related to helping others create the habit of wellness in their lives. She currently teaches yoga, meditation, vision board, and self-development classes online and in the Long Island and Queens area of New York.

  2. Making ourselves and our wellbeing a priority is the best gift we can give to the world.

  3. If you don’t use the body's ability to heal itself you lose it.
