Michelle Mueller: One Red Shoe Foundation
Full Interview Here (Episode #14).
Michelle Mueller is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. By the time that Michelle turned 16, she had been a victim of sexual abuse, lived in 3 different foster homes, and 2 group homes. Because of her continuous attempts of running away, the state of Wisconsin placed her in a juvenile detention center till she turned 18.
Michelle’s life spiraled out of control and over the next 24 years, things like abuse, drugs and prostitution were a permanent fixture in her life.
Michelle credits her meeting the legendary and esteemed motivational speaker, Les Brown, as the turning point in her life. She went on to become a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach through the Les Brown Institute.
Shortly thereafter in 2016, she started a non-profit organization called, “One Red Shoe Foundation”. Her purpose and the mission of her foundation is assisting every abandoned, abused, and battered woman to step into the life God designed for her to live.
Currently, Michelle holds the position of Director of Member Services and Director of Outreach at ATS Business University. Michelle continues her outreach efforts in the streets of Galveston, TX.
